will be no onsite registration.

Ticket price is $40.00 per fan club member.
This price is only for admission to the convention.
Dinner and t-shirts are extra.

Only
cashiers checks, certified checks, and money orders
are accepted.

Payment must be made in US dollars.

checks and money orders payable to LISA BRILES.

You
will receive a confirmation by email within a week
of the postmark date.

All
sales are final. There will be no refunds.

Badges will not be mailed out in advance. You
must pick up your badges at the door. Please
bring your email confirmation or a photo ID.

is an I-Maniacs Fan Club members only event.
If you are not a member, please
join the fan club before registering for this
event. There is no charge for joining the fan
club.

Please use one registration form per attendee.
Please write legibly. The form may be copied
as needed.

Convention t-shirt orders must be received by JUNE 15.
T-shirts will be mailed to you before the con.
There may be a limited supply of t-shirts available
for purchase at the con. T-shirts are $10.00
each. Use the con registration form to order
t-shirts.

I-Maniacs Dinner
is optional. If you wish to attend the dinner,
you must preorder and prepay by JUNE 30.
Dinner is $35.77 per person. Use the con
registration form to order your dinner.
